- Ensured agents were well-prepared to uphold electoral integrity and follow procedures.
Collaboration with EC Officials
- Worked closely with Electoral Commission (EC) officials to inspect and receive ballot materials at the Accra Regional Police Headquarters.
- Monitored the distribution of ballot materials and escorted them with police security to the Tesano District Police Headquarters.
Ballot Material Management
- Participated in recording serial numbers for presidential and parliamentary ballots.
- Wrapped ballot booklets and secured them in police custody to prevent tampering.
- Escorted ballot materials to polling stations in the Anumle Ward on election day.
Monitoring and Collation of Results
- Monitored the performance of Ward Collation Officers using assigned devices.
- Assisted the National Desktop Collation Officer and Parliamentary Collation Officer in executing their tasks.
