Respect the Ban on Noise-Making: A Message from Hon. Rev. Dr. Kweku Addo
Upholding Ga Tradition: 12th May to 12th June 2025
The Office of the Member of Parliament for Ablekuma West, Hon. Rev. Dr. Kweku Addo, respectfully reminds all constituents that the Ga Traditional Council’s annual ban on noise-making will be in full effect from 12th May to 12th June 2025.
This period is sacred in Ga culture, observed to allow for spiritual cleansing and preparation for the Homowo Festival. Activities such as drumming, loud music, and public noise are strictly prohibited.
